To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure your items meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

1. How to Exchange Your Order

We offer exchange options subject to stock availability and proof of purchase.

  • Size/Article Changes: If we delivered the correct size as ordered, but you wish to exchange it for a different size or article, a minimum shipping fee of Rs. 350 (depending on parcel weight) will apply.

2. How to Return Your Order for a Refund

If you prefer a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Repack Merchandise: Securely pack the items in their original packaging.

  3. Ship Back to Us: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please send your parcel via a traceable courier service (tracked delivery) to our official address:

    TabooWear Warehouse House No. 236, Hameed Ahmed Khan Block, Khayaban-e-Quaid, Near Mansurah Bazar, Multan Road, Lahore, Pakistan.

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your shipment is lost in transit, please notify us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your complete order details. We will launch an official inquiry, and if verified, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no extra cost.
